Staff configuration of document flow in the patient-oriented staff management system of a healthcare institution

The article is devoted to the problems of functioning of the personnel management system in healthcare institutions. The category of "patient-oriented personnel" is considered, key areas and recommendations for improving the personnel configuration of document flow in healthcare are presented. The publication presents approaches to creating a logical model of the database for the procedure for filing an application when hiring (dismissing) personnel.
