HR policy as a factor of increasing labor efficiency

The article examines the personnel policy of an organization (the essence, principles of formation and factors influencing it) as an important tool for increasing the efficiency of personnel in a dynamic external environment and informatization of society, taking into account modern socio-economic trends to which the personnel of a modern organization should be adapted, maximizing their potential and ensuring the achievement of commercial goals and the mission of a business entity. In this regard, it is necessary to improve the personnel policy taking into account the identified reserves at the enterprise, individual characteristics of the personnel and the development strategy of the organization.
