The organizations in the modern economy are subject to rather strong pressure from competitors that forces them to act under scrutiny. At the same time, even minor failures can lead to such unpredictable consequences as bankruptcy. Consumer market is subject to rapid changes in consumer preferences, prices, customer requirements to the quality of goods and services, their range and variety. Therefore, business is responsible not only for meeting the demand of buyers as its basis but also for the production economy. Modern employers seek to involve the educated, highly skilled, active and motivated staff capable of self-sacrifice, identification with the company. That is why contemporary organizations demand higher standards for developing and implementing the personnel policy.
