Today the problem which is associated with staffing in the healthcare sector is particularly urgent. The article contains a theoretical substantiation of the possibility of applying personnel motivation mechanisms, taking into account the existing problem of a shortage of medical personnel. Identifying the needs of personnel and further analysis of the motives of labor activity will allow medical organizations to compete successfully in the labor market.
