Personnel policy of the municipal authorities

This article confirms the idea that the personnel policy of municipal authorities is aimed primarily at ensuring the openness and transparency of public administration, as well as the involvement of the public in the development, adoption and implementation of public decisions is one of the main activities of public authorities in all democratic countries of the world. Today in public life there are processes to strengthen the role and importance of information for society as a whole, and in the life of every citizen. Access to information is a prerequisite for state control and a key element in the development of open government, including at the municipal level.
