The article gives the definition of the personnel policy of the enterprise. The main factors influencing the personnel policy of the enterprise are investigated. Using the experience of a large domestic company PJSC Gazprom as an example, modern systems for implementing personnel policy are being investigated. The article discusses the main problems in personnel policy in the context of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
