Personnel policy of customs authorities in the context of digitalization

The article deals with changes in management processes in the context of customs digitalization. It is shown that the digital reform helped the customs authorities to cope well enough with the tasks assigned to them by the state, but at the same time caused the need for changes in the personnel policy. The connection between changes in the conditions of the external and internal environment and the need to form the appropriate competencies of civil servants is revealed. The idea that the new environment requires a rapid change in personnel technologies is justified. The analysis of the main directions of work of personnel services of customs authorities is presented and the range of problematic issues is revealed. The most promising areas of personnel work in the context of the structural reform of the customs system are proposed.
