Personnel policy in the system of the government

Questions of personnel policy of public service of the Russian Federation found reflection in article. Special attention is paid to the main problems of its carrying out. It is proved that the state needs highly effective and professional public service. Possible ways on improvement of personnel policy of the public and municipal service are offered.
