The article is devoted to the problems of personnel management. To solve the most important production and technical tasks of land management enterprises, the problems of personnel policy have always been relevant. The purpose of the work is to study the primary problems of personnel management. The solution of issues related to the work of the staff affects the main activities of the land management organization. The article discusses the main management styles. The analysis of the current situation in the organization is carried out, the causes of the problem and ways to solve it are given.
