Personnel policy: a problematic aspect

Within the framework of this article, the content of personnel policy, as well as organizational and legal forms of its implementation are considered. Personnel policy is influenced by ideology, provides for a combination of private and public interests, and affects the legal awareness of municipal and state employees.
