Staffing of innovation activities of enterprises of the real sector of the economy

The article is devoted to the study of the role of staffing in the innovation activities of enterprises. In this regard, the importance of innovation activity in increasing the level of competitiveness and efficiency of enterprises in the real sector of the economy of the Republic of Mordovia is determined. According to the results of the study it was concluded that the current level of staffing of enterprises in the real sector of the economy of the region does not fully contribute to their innovative development, which requires the development of areas that contribute to the improvement of their staffing.
