Staffing of the plant industry specialists of agronomy services (on materials of the Republic of Tatarstan)

Analyzes the security of crop production of agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan highly qualified specialists of the agronomy service. The shortage of specialists with higher education is currently one of the urgent problems and impediments in the development of personnel potential. The main goal of agronomists is to increase crop production, improve its quality. The calculation of the staff numbers of agronomists on the basis of recommended standards, where on one specialist shall be conditional 3500 ha of harvested area, shows that the avail- ability of agronomists of the Republic of Tatarstan in General is 58.35 %. The average actual load that is attributable to one specialist is 5142 ha. This load does not allow an appropriate level to ensure the quality and efficiency of crop production. The problem of staffing the industry is both quantitative and qualitative in nature. For 2010-2014, the number of growers has decreased by 18.9 %, including chief agronomists of 13.7 %. In the educational structure also decreased the number of specialists with higher education - 19.8 %. Thus, focused and coherent work by the staff of public authorities, employers, educational institutions for the purpose of formation of personnel potential of the cor- responding level; the implementation of qualitative changes in development staffing of agricultural enterprises.
