Personnel support in the sphere of health of the Vologda region

The article deals with the state and development of human resources in the health sector. The main problems in staffing medical institutions are identified. Analyzed the dynamics of employment in the field of health care, indicators of the dynamics and structure of medical personnel, the structure of doctors by specialty in the Vologda region. Proposed solutions to the problems identified.
