Huge problems for small businesses are concentrated in the personnel sphere. Today, the labor market is not able to meet the needs of companies for qualified engineers and technicians, nor for skilled workers. Even the selection of specialists for non-productive units is often fraught with significant difficulties. Low productivity does not allow you to pay a decent salary.
