The social policy of an organization as a direction of personnel policy and an integral part of the personnel management system as a whole is an important component of an effectively operating and developing organization. But, like any process related to personnel, the implementation of the organization’s social policy also acts as a source of personnel risks. The article discusses possible personnel risks that may arise during the implementation and improvement of the organization’s social policy, as well as ways to minimize and prevent them.
