Hr technologies in management of professional development of municipal service staff

Basing upon the materials of the author's empirical research, the article examines the use of HR technologies in the municipal service system. It is concluded that currently it is required to technologize the process of professional development during municipal service, which is founded on the integrated approach and implementation of the modern HR technologies.
