The article looks at the history of forming the reserve troops of the Provisional Siberian Government at Ural Region in 1918. There are considered the peculiarities of their stuff recruitment and development of their structure. There is made the conclusion that the Siberian Army's and Ural Corps' supreme command solved successfully the problem of forming large military reserves in the region by the end of 1918. This provided further success of anti-Bolshevik military forces at the east of Russia in the first half of 1919.
