“Personnel lift” in the construction industry of the Russian Federation

The scientific article examined certain aspects of the promotion of personnel up the career ladder, thanks to the proposed personnel elevator in the construction industry. The scientific article provides a detailed review of the level of education and the necessary professional training of labor resources for the construction industry. The software products for detailed professional modeling of construction industry objects are considered in detail. The personnel elevator, in this work, is considered as one of the tools for training highly qualified personnel and their movement up the career ladder in the construction industry in Russia. The activities of construction organizations are subject to modernization, like any other activity, while it is advisable to note that new functional responsibilities and professions appear that require professional training. Methods of scientific knowledge of research materials: analysis, deduction, modeling and others. The object of research is construction, where highly qualified personnel are needed. The subject of the research is the labor resources of construction enterprises in general and the personnel lift in particular. The purpose of the scientific article is to create and describe a model of a personnel elevator in the construction industry of the Russian Federation. The author associates research prospects with long-term (strategic) planning of personnel for the construction industry of the Russian Federation, as well as with the training of specialists in the field of modeling construction projects and specialized software products.
