How to struggle with «Black realtors»?

Purpose: The analysis of the main schemes applied so-called by «black realtors» and a formulation of recommendations about their identification and fight against them. Methodology: The author used system (complex) approach, the formal-legal method, and also a method of the included supervision were applied. Results: In article the main schemes applied by «black realtors» are opened and recommendations about their identification and fight against them are formulated. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses a certain scientific and practical value as in it the analysis of actual problems of lawyer practice is made.
