Graduates of higher educational institutions who are just starting their career, entering the labor market face a number of external factors that make it difficult to start their career. Such external factors include the labor market, the level and quality of education received, overstated requirements of employers that do not coincide with the real situation on the market. The results of the study are presented, which show which factors are the most significant for graduate students.
