Assessment of the implementation of the recommendations for treatment of patients with acute ST-segment elevation coronary syndrome in moderately urbanized city of Siberia according to data of the register RECORD-2

Recently, there has been growing interest to research registry programs for acute coronary syndromes (ACS) in Russia. The interest resulted from the understanding that the registries provide an opportunity to obtain unbiased data about available ACS treatments which contributes to improved clinical outcomes. This article presents data on assessment of the implementation of recommendations for the treatment of patients with acute ST-segment elevation ACS in Tomsk according to data of the register RECORD-2 in comparison with data generated by other interventional cardiology centers, participants of the register RECORD-2 program.
