Calligraphy as a health-saving technology and an integrative component of the "Hieroglyphics" module in the training of specialists and teachers of orientalists

The calligraphy of European, Old Slavic, Arabic and East Asian languages is presented in the article from the position of one of the most important health - saving technologies. "Calligraphy" as a submodule is part of the "Hieroglyphics" module, developed for the purpose of consistent training of teachers of Oriental studies and specialists in the field of Oriental languages and culture. The art of calligraphy is a universal knowledge and skill that is mandatory for its development within the framework of the discipline "Hieroglyphics" for students of Oriental languages such as Japanese, Chinese and Korean. Calligraphy is an affordable and elegant way to maintain psychological, physical and mental health.
