Atomic hydrogen internal filling in two types of single-wall boron-carbon nanotubes BC 3 has been studied. Two mechanisms of the hydrogen atom intercalation inside of boron-carbon nanotubes have been considered. The main characteristics of internal filling processes have been calculated by MNDO method using the molecular cluster model.
