Capitalization of payments: the concept and legal nature

Providing compensation for damage caused to life and health of citizens, in the liquidation of legal entities responsible for the damage, is carried out by capitalization payable to the victims of payments. The article is devoted to the search for a definition of the concept, characterization of the nature of capitalized payments. The social significance and the need for a clear legal regulation of issues related to compensation for harm caused to life and health of citizens caused by the liquidation of legal entities are substantiated.
