Karate as a means of motor and psychomotor training of children of senior preschool age

This article discusses methods for improving the motor and psychomotor training of children of senior preschool age, with the help of karate classes. Particular attention is paid to the technique of performing exercises, because they directly affect the result. The article shows a comparative analysis of various types of classes. The conducted studies show the result of the effective work of karate on the motor and psychomotor work of children.
