Karate kyokushin as a tool to increase the motivation of primary school students to engage in physical education

The article examines the psychological and pedagogical conditions under which students of primary school age (7-10 years old) develop a stable motivation to engage in physical education based on the use of kyokushin karate. The results of an experimental study aimed at determining the effectiveness of the inclusion of elements of martial arts in the educational process are presented. Methodological approaches that ensure the growth of interest, the development of self-regulation and a positive attitude to physical exercise are highlighted. Conclusions are drawn about the importance of discipline, emotional involvement and pedagogical support in shaping the motivation of younger schoolchildren.
