Impairment of cardiac rhythm and conduction system, impaired repolarization ECG signs are revealed in 14.5% of railway train drivers with chronic psychoemotional strain connected with professional activity during one year. Among revealed impaired ECG signs the most frequent are ventricular and supraventricular extrasystole and abnormality of repolarization process (13.1, 11.4, 8.1%). Main CVD appeared to be arterial hypertension (59%), toxic alcohol cardiomyopathy (12%), kaliinsufficient cardiomyopathy (12%), inflammatory myocardial and endocardium disease (4%). And 10% of all diseases may be explained with stress induced cardiomyopathy caused by chronic psychoemotional strain.
