The object of research is the regional labor market changes. Development of a private sector of economy has caused the growth of economic activity of the population and inter-branch structural changes of employment. However, the increase of an educational level is not being accompanied by adequate changes of vocational structure of employment. The high intercompany mobility of employees and hiring risks cause the discrepancy and latency of labor market relations.
