Rectors career: what is it?

The article considers monitoring of staff and professional rectors career achieved by the project Scientifical and methodical support of the University Management based on monitoring of activity and study of supervisor staff efficiency in high-educational establishments (Mb state registration 01200603693), realized by the Penza State University of Architecture and Construction. During the period (from August 2006 till June 2008) 100 % selection of the Heads of high educational establishments in Russia has been analysed. The author of the article keeps on studying supervision staff activity of the University.
