Career and professional navigation for students with physical disabilities and special needs

The article deals with the description of the initiative directed to the assistance in the professional self-determination of the students with physical disabilities and special needs for the further training and the acquisition of the possibility for the employment by profession. There are considered the stages of the project’s implementation, there is given the characteristics of the necessary means of the initiative’s implementation.
