Career orientations and life satisfaction of self-employed citizens of different genders

The article is devoted to describing the results of a study of the characteristics and relationship between life satisfaction and career orientations of self-employed citizens of different genders. The presence of statistically significant differences in the indicators of psychodiagnostic techniques performed by self-employed citizens of different sexes was revealed, as well as the presence of statistically significant correlations between the level of life satisfaction and the specific career orientations of self-employed men and women. The results obtained made it possible to develop a training program with elements of group and individual coaching aimed at increasing the life satisfaction of self-employed citizens.
