This article presents the empirical results of the research study of career orientations of the representatives of sociometric professions at different levels of personal maturity. Data correlation analysis confirmed the assumption about the relationship to the level of personal maturity of a career orientation and structure of the value of work. A high level of personal maturity’s people is more pronounced professional competence, and people with a low level of personal maturity is more connected with these orientations as a challenge and autonomy. It should also be noted that a high level of self-acceptance will be caused by a person's desire to occupy a leadership position, and a high level of creativity is causing the low level of value yourself as a professional, as well as the failure to achieve career goals. The article is actual, because the development of "mature person" acts as one of the basic values of our time, as harmoniously and comprehensively developed personality is the foundation of modern society. In addition, it is interesting to study the relationship of the individual personal maturity and career development as a natural result of the individual's professional activities aimed at maximizing the potential of the individual's personality, coupled with its system of values in life.
