In this paper we analyze the number of B-chromosomes in karyotypes of six Siberian roe deer (Capreolus pygargus tianschanicus) from the migrating population in the Nora River valley of the Amur region. The karyotypes are stable; the number of chromosomes varies from 3 and 8. Three of the six tested animals had 3 B-chromosomes. Supernumerary chromosomes in the deer of the Amur region varied much more (B=3-8) than it had been observed before (B=6-8). On base of the collected and available data we can assume that the range of variation in number of chromosomes at subspecies C. p. tianschanicus (B=3-14) is more than at C. p. pygargus (B=0, 1 to 4). Judging by the available data, clinal variability in chromosomes number at subspecies C. p. tianschanicus has not been found out.
