Value stream mapping in agile methodology

This article defines the importance of effective economic activity, which in modern market conditions should be transformed in a timely manner, based on market conditions. First of all, this concerns the issue of expenses, in respect of which, in the course of the study, the method of their optimization within the framework of production processes was determined. The study focuses on one of these methods designed to identify deficiencies in value creation processes as mapping. The article defines and studies the concept of mapping the value stream, which is the process of representing the flow in the form of a diagram using maps, reflects its goals and the process of application within the organization. The methodologies used to map the flow of value creation are also considered. The study focuses on the Agile methodology, which combines several flexible approaches to software development, defines its essence, characteristics and advantages over other methodologies in this field. Also, the process of mapping the value creation process in Agile and the identification of risk in the mapping process using such a methodology is presented using specific examples.
