Categories of general, singular, special as the basis of a comprehensive approach in the study of prosecutorial activity

The article is devoted to the presentation of the results of the study of the general, individual, special in relation to certain areas of prosecutor’s activity and activity in general. The emerging SHAPE \* MERGEFORMAT practice of implementing the powers of prosecutors shows the feasibility of a comprehensive approach, especially in order to protect the rights of citizens and the public interest, when the results of the implementation of the supervisory and non-supervisory powers of prosecutors are combined. The applied approach was hardly applicable in the activities of the prosecutor’s Office of the Soviet period due to the implementation of supervision in all areas, including in court proceedings. Modern legislation on the prosecutor’s Office allows us to apply a comprehensive approach. In the science of prosecutorial activity, the conclusions on the issues outlined in the article were not justified, which requires paying attention to the studied issues. The general theoretical basis was the knowledge of various legal sciences. The methods of analogy, analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization are used. The obtained results show the movement of the process of cognition of complex prosecutor’s activity from the particular to the general and again from the general to the particular. This allows us to enrich the science with knowledge about the components of complex activities, about the common features and distinctive features of individual areas in their composition. The most important result of the study is the conclusion about external relationships and the features of internal relationships, which allows you to identify the appropriate complex direction of activity and ensure its implementation in practice. The conclusion is made about the importance of information support, information exchange between individual structural divisions of the prosecutor’s office and prosecutor’s employees. The complete establishment of all the directions that make up the complex activity and the regularities of their inclusion in the general complex creates the prospect of predicting those directions that can be included in the complex activity in the future; it creates the necessary basis for modeling the studied activity.
