The category of number in Russian and English

Аnnotation: In this article is described class of numbers in Russian and English languages. The using of nouns in singular and plural in English and Russian languages is observing important discrepancy as relations calculated and no calculated of nouns. There are many cases when in the form of singular in Russian language agree with forms of plural in English language.
