The category of satisfaction with work in sociological measurement

The urgency of the problem investigated in the article is connected with the one that for the full understanding of the work as a difficult public phenomenon the categories are created and systematized where one of the basic categories is satisfaction with work. The object of the research is the social essence of a category satisfaction with work. The subject of the research are the factors defining satisfaction with work. The purpose of the work is the research of the satisfaction with work as the category of work sociology. For the achievement of the specified purpose it is necessary to solve following problems: to consider the social essence of satisfaction with work; to reveal the factors influencing the level of satisfaction with work.
