The rare clinical case was presented in the first year old child with chronic automatic tachycardia from His-bundle region, which caused the arrhythmogenic cardiac chambers dilatation. His-bundle catheter ablation in the focus level and the subsequent dual-chamber pacemaker implantation supplied a physiological rhythm and arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy elimination.
