Casualization of criminal law: progress or agony?

This article is devoted to the accelerating changes in criminal law that puts the issue of excessive casualization of many offenses. The legislator in-stead of adopting objectively necessary and important amendments is often led by populist ideas and trends, without considering the consequences of such actions to the criminal law.
