The transition from the Bronze Age to the Iron one was multifaceted, complex and, obviously, relatively long. But a single time-frame of this period for the territory of Western Siberia is difficult to establish. With all this going on, lower and upper limits, fixing, respectively, the beginning of the late bronze cultures transformation and the completion of the early Iron Age cultures formation, in different regions of Siberia may have different dates. The analysis of new ceramic collections from excavation 06/01 of Berezovy Ostrov-1, and similar objects of the transition time confirms the hypothesis made earlier on the simultaneous existence of pottery traditions of the transition time from the Bronze Age to the Iron one and the early Iron Age. The date for the later stage of the transitional objects, as well as the moment of arrival of a new population of earlyskithian appearance is the end of the VII - VI the centuries BC.
