Recently, one of the directions of state policy is sports. In 2020-2022, many significant documents for the sports industry were adopted. The development of sports begins with children’s, youth sports, student sports, subsequently becoming professional or amateur. One of the forms of financing the sports industry is a public-private partnership. It has been established that the reasons for the insufficient use of this form of financing is the lack of specialists with the necessary competencies. In the course of the study, it was determined that the features of the development of public-private partnerships in e-sports are: 1. the formation of e-sports as a sport; 2. lack of regulation of the creation and operation of sports clubs; 3. lack of requirements for sports facilities in computer sports; 4. lack of specialists with the necessary competencies to create a PPP; 5. the presence of eSports clubs that develop as leisure centers; 6. formation of e-sports clubs by the type of classic sports clubs. It was also established that today the implementation of sports training takes place in the format of a section, and the most interesting and mutually beneficial format that can unite e-sports players is an e-sports club. The organization of a sports section and the creation of an esports team (club) is also the most economically viable. The effective interaction of public, state and private institutions is the key to the successful implementation of such tasks. Public-private partnership in the issue of the activities of eSports clubs must be worked out taking into account the interests of all participants in this process. The authors found that public-private partnership is one of the tools that can be used to achieve maximum results in the implementation of national and federal programs in the field of cybersport.
