Cyberterror as a current threat to national security

The article examines topical issues related to the level of public danger of cybercrimes and cyberterrorism, in particular, countering cyberterrorism as a crime against the security of the Russian Federation. The transformation of modern terrorism has led to the emergence of cyber terrorism, which has not yet been criminalized in domestic legislation. The lack of a definition of cyber terrorism and legal regulation reduces the search for new ways to combat it.
