The analysis of existing methods of sewage treatment at butter-fat industry shows that the most effective way – biological clearing. Experimental studying of oxidations kinetic represents the big practical interest. Authors for the first time receive constants of the equations of enzyme process reactions at two-steps biological sewage treatment at butter-fat industry.
