The article considers the possibilities of integrating kinesiological technologies in the process of cognitive development of children with POI. The need to integrate innovative kinesiological technologies in the development and education of children with POA and change the methods of personnel resource management. Updating the methods of personnel management of the DOE will allow teachers and parents who have children with POA to form responsibility and competence in supporting the physical and cognitive development of children with kinesiological technologies
