Fermented milk product with prolonged period of storage

The article presents the results of studies of the effect of arabinogalactan on duration of combined fermented milk product lifetime. Microbiological, physical, chemical and organoleptic characteristics of the finished products during storage were studied in order to determine its shelf life.
