This article is devoted to the study of the Chinese company Huawei, which is currently a well-known world leader in the information and communication technologies (ICT) market. This explains the relevance of the research topic of this work. It outlines the historical aspects of the formation and development of this company and presents the ICT products created by it at the beginning of its activities. The article discusses various strategies used in different periods of time and examines the features of the process of functioning of "Huawei". It also shows the differences between this company and other ICT companies and identifies the motives for its successful development. Attention is paid in the article to the successes and advantages of the Chinese company Huawei. The issue of the global strategy of its promotion to Europe and the USA is revealed in detail. At the same time, it talks about the complex problems and conflicts that were arise when entering the US market. The study showed the enormous importance of Huawei in the development of information and communication technologies in the Chinese economy and on the world stage. The evolution of high technology in China is a long-term learning process driven by government policy decisions, domestic technology development, and international technology transfer through foreign investment. Factors driving PRC technology policy include security, power, and national independence. In doing so, they promote economic growth, export revenues, and technological leadership.
