Classification of dynamic mathematical models and nonlinear effects

The article classifies dynamic mathematical models of population biology. The proposed classification is based on the ways of describing time and space coordinates (continuous or discrete) of the studied object. We give the examples of nonlinear model effects, and some of them explain the observed behavior of living systems. We show the presence of nonlinear effects - multimode and multistability, in particular, which are poorly studied in the dynamics of real systems.
