Classification of contractual mechanisms used in the process of economic relations for the creation and use renewable energy sources

The article is devoted to the study of the types and classifications of contracts usedin the creation and use of renewable energy sources in the Russian Federation. The materialspresent an analysis of the specifics of the circulation of electric energy within the framework ofthe Unified Energy System of Russia, in the context of the peculiarities of contractual relationsbetween the subjects of the electric power industry. The article presents the author’s classificationof contractual relations in the field of energy activity in Russia, which is based on the characteristicsof the types of markets (wholesale or retail), as well as the division into four key blocks: relationsin the field of organizing access to energy supply services; relations for the purchase and sale ofelectric energy; relations for the provision of services in the field of financial services in theprocess of energy activity; relations for the implementation of works and the provision of servicesin the field of technical service in the process of energy activity. Also, the article presents a widelist of contracts used in the practice of the electric power industry entities. The proposed aspectsof improving the regulatory regulation of the creation and development of renewable energysources will increase the efficiency of interaction between the subjects of the creation anddevelopment of renewable energy sources. The article may be useful to researchers involved inthe field of energy law in the direction of regulating the processes of creation and use of renewableenergy sources, as well as employees of legal and economic blocks of domestic and foreignenergy companies operating in Russia.
