Classification of competencies of managers to increase the competitiveness of organizations in modern conditions

The article deals with the competence of managers in modern conditions. An analysis of the relevant scientific literature and the opinions of the authors showed that, along with classical competencies, it is necessary to add competencies that allow managers to work in a rapidly changing external environment and the widespread use of information technologies. The allocation of the manager's competencies depending on the functions performed by him leads to the conclusion that the competencies need to be classified in the same way as the classification system of the goals facing the organization, which will allow, on the one hand, to focus on the competencies that can be considered the main ones, and on the other hand, will quickly improve the qualifications of managers by mastering their auxiliary competencies. The authors give an exemplary classification of manager competencies.
