The article discusses the traditional marketing strategies of an enterprise as one of the most important tools for increasing its competitiveness. Since most business entities use traditional marketing strategies, the author's approach to the development of modern marketing strategies used by enterprises in the digital environment is proposed. Based on the presented traditional and modern marketing strategies, a classification of marketing strategies for a modern enterprise has been developed.
